Orders & Processing

When do I need to place my order for same-day processing?

Our daily order cut-off time is 11:00 PM GMT. Orders placed before this time will enter our processing system immediately.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday).

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

We have a limited 2-hour window to modify or cancel an order after placement. If you need to make changes, please email Team@montessebeauty.store immediately. Once an order has been processed and assigned a tracking number, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return under our 90-day return policy upon delivery.

How long will delivery take?

Once your item has been processed and dispatched, estimated transit time within the United Kingdom is 2 to 5 days (Monday to Sunday).

What if my order is delayed or lost in transit?

If your package does not arrive within 30 days of your original order date due to a delivery failure, you are entitled to a full refund without needing to return any items.
